Nice, in the bolded part I've specified that when you hit the PS button after the console is already on then it will switch back to that HDMI port though, I understand that HDMI-CEC works generally with Samsung, Sony, LG, big brand TVs etc with a current or last gen Xbox console in terms of it switching to the HDMI input of the console when the TV detects its been turned on. This is an issue with MS caring about 'older' TV's.
I'm pissed off that my PS3 pi 2 and pi 3 did SIMPLE THINGS that my Series X doesn't, and all these SIMPLE THINGS are HDMI-CEC related. Just because you don't have it, doesn't mean it's not a real issue FFS, it's users like you that burry these issues on users like me because you think it's about a console dick wagging. Even my fucking Raspberry pi 2 and pi 3 have the HDMI-CEC controls with my TV remote. I have a perfectly functional Sony 1080P tv, it's one of the best 1080p TV's around I'm not going to change it anytime soon and the remote doesn't function like I've stated. Wow, so you can come over here and tell my TV remote that it's not working right, a quick google will lead you to finding many other people with this issue.įFS stop trying to fucking console warrior all the god damn time. Simplink is a pretty funny name too yeah.
